I was reading some interviews with Orsini (Ivan 1969) and this bit took me out

Also he was involved in a real love triangle with Mitya's actor (Corrado Pani)!! Orsini "fell madly in love" (his words not mine) with Mina (the singer) on a movie set but he wasn't reciprocated and she got with Pani + had a child with him
