basically anyone that usually has a good reaction to their antics, whether they’re funny to sneak up on and scare or they laugh and play along with their pranks, becomes an immediate favorite. they also don’t typically interact with people in their more human looking form, since they’re a shapeshifter they probably use a different one like a glowing orb-like thing or some kind of animal when they do decide to show themselves

stars and moon makes me think of that majora's mask moon. some church people make a snide comment at them and she fucking. does that (okay maybe she's not that powerful anymore but she does it. in my heart)

i don’t know much about majora’s mask but i think the moon crashes into the earth???? in which case maybe she could if she tried hard enough but it might take too much of their strength

also they probably do! although i wouldn’t say they necessarily took him in, more so she found a group of humans that they decided to mess with (all harmless fun though don’t worry) and inadvertently became the local deity. accidentally adopts whole village of humans

haven’t gotten that fully figured out yet, but i was thinking stuff like shapeshifting, levitation (both of herself and other people/objects), invisibility, stuff that’s very useful for some good old mischief and hijinks. they’re still pretty damn powerful but can’t do anything Super crazy after getting practically demoted. his design in my head has a lot of a stars and clouds theme so maybe something related to that as well

okay imagine. an exiled god that was cast out by the other gods for using their powers in a way that wasn’t deemed as acceptable or productive, opting for doing things for funsies rather than how they’re expected to, and her stubborn and “childish” attitude. so with his powers weakened and being unable to go home they’re like “wow fine who needs you guys anyway i’m gonna go hang with the humans instead :/“ so she sticks around on earth just has fun and pulls silly pranks (while denying the fact that they have some serious abandonment issues)
