Let's take a moment to talk about how Korn is granted access to Pran's room here.

Pran is a private person; he has a hard time letting people into his space and I don't even think Wai has been allowed in his bedroom in quite a while, given that Pran keeps those couple pictures above his bed. So, this really goes to show how comfortable Korn has made Pran feel in such a short time.

Korn's easy acceptance of their relationship, how he casually refers to Pran as Pat's boyfriend, even his dumbass sex jokes lend a sense of normalcy, which has earned him a place in Pran's inner circle.

Which I love for Pran, because Pran deserves a friendship with someone who is loyal, knows when to apologize, and won't guilt-trip him and offload all their responsibilities onto him (yes, this is shade).

And Pat really told his father "I did as you asked, did as you said, I trusted you and I obeyed even if I didn't want to, even if it hurt me and others around me, when you knew all along that you were in the wrong, that you were lying to me, how can you demand any respect for me now, how can I forgive you?"

And I'm supposed to get over that how??

i hate the sequel trilogy even more because it cemented that Luke is gonna become a cynical 'attachment=downfall' kinda person in the star wars canon lore, so now the writers have to write his character making those terrible choices to become the person who draws his lightsaber on a sleeping child in shows like the mandalorian and the book of boba fett, even if they might not want to. Luke can't have a happy life with din and grogu and his school because some genius thought it would be fun to flip his whole character over to make him a bitter hermit who lives on a planet whose name sounds like someone's sneeze
