genuine question, why put color information in the image description if the person relying on the screen reader can't see?

hi! thanks for asking me, although I will reiterate that I'm not an expert and will just do what more knowledgeable people say.

a lot of people use screen readers, not just those fully blind from birth. from what I understand, it's fairly rare to have absolutely zero vision. so a lot of people will know colors! also, it's part of the art, so it belongs there. but again, please refer to @blindbeta and @askablindperson 's educational posts where I get a lot of my info.
