1000% yes. I waited a whole day to post about this because I almost felt bad about pointing it out. I don’t think anyone was supposed to notice but I’m also glad that someone else is generally confused by how thrown together Trent’s everything is considering this production specifically.

Part 2: The Curious Case of the Yellow Shirt

Part 2 was going to be all about Trent and then I was going back thorugh the entire show to get screenshots and I noticed something that I simply cannot explain. The shirt Trent wears in Season 3 Episode 6 is the same one Nora wore to bed in Season 2 Episode 3.

This is one of the most confusing things I’ve ever seen both in and out of universe. First of all, I don’t think I was “supposed” to notice this. Nora is laying on her front during this scene and it was over a season ago.

Behind the scenes I think what happened was just that they had a collection of graphic tees on hand, they grabbed one for Nora’s PJs, it went back into the rotation.

In Universe, here are the ideas I have about why these characters have the same shirt which seems like its for a Catholic School

Nora goes/went to the same school Trent did

Nora goes/went to the same school Trent’s daughter goes to

One or both of these characters bought this shirt from a charity shop

It was actually Rebecca’s shirt and she loaned it to both of the characters

Nora and Trent have a deep off-screen friendship that involves sharing clothes?

Nora is just Phoebe and Trent’s daughter stacked on top of each other in a trenchcoat

Would love to hear whatever other theories you have.

i also just had my wisdom teeth removed (with only them numbing my mouth??? i didnt know that was a thing until i happened). and the only reason i stayed somewhat sane was because i was singing jamie tartt doo doo over and over 😭
