GUYS I have discovered a hack for if you have difficulty starting tasks again after taking a break.

The hack is called Do Not Find A Stopping Point. Look, I know you want to just finish that sentence or just finish that paragraph before taking a break. That is the devil talking.

If you finish that paragraph, then when you come back to it, you have to start another paragraph, and at least for me, that's often just as hard as starting The Task As A Whole in the first place. We don't want that. But if you cut off mid-sentence? Then all you have to do to pick it back up is Continue That Sentence, which is about a bajillion times easier (again, just in my personal experience).
