I don’t know who needs to hear this today but your identity isn’t discourse.
If you’re trans, even without dysphoria, you’re trans. You don’t have to justify it to people.
If you’re aromantic or asexual, you don’t have to explain your relationships (or lack thereof) to anyone.
If you’re demisexual or demiromantic, your experiences are your own any nobody but you gets to decide whether you’re right or wrong about them.
If you prefer to use microlabels, you don’t need to use broader umbrella terms to make other people more comfortable.
Your identity is your own. You are not a debate subject.

[id= an edited version of the "No take only throw" meme based on comic by cupcakelogic about a dog. The dog says "please queer intimacy??" with a pleading expression and a ball in its mouth. A hand reaches for the ball, and the dog, looking angry, says "no date/romance!!" and insists "only queer intimacy". The ace and aro pride flags have been drawn on the dog in each panel. /end id]
Here's to the queer, oriented, angled, electio, alterous, queerplatonic, grey, etc etc aroaces who aren't into dating but still yearn for intimacy and affection and companionship. I feel ya.

Being ace doesn't mean you don't wanna have sex with someone.
You just don't feel sexual attraction (or you feel little sexual attraction).
Being aro doesn't mean you don't wanna have relationship with someone.
You just don't feel romantic feelings (or you feel little romantic feelings).
