Something really turns me on about a scenario where someone's partner or sugar parent or family thinks that they're too skinny (they are not) and worriedly insists they eat more

And more, and even as they insist they're fine and they're visibly bloated and gaining weight, their paranoid feeder just keeps insisting that they're wasting away... even as their body is just exploding with thick food and fat.
