On my birthday this year I made a decision to take better care of my health. I joined Beachbody and for the past few weeks Nivant and I have been working out together daily. I’ve enjoyed the extra time with him, have had more energy, been more focused throughout the day, and have even added more time in my day. I’m looking forward to achieving my goals and sharing my progress with you along the way.
