When she entered in my life It was like "Für elise" played with a fife. And that moment of drifting tide , I never knew , such a beauty in Earth reside. Complimenting flowers as she smiles, Makes you forget the sorrows of erstwhile. Long hair and those shining eyes, Something unknown between fire and ice. Hardships , sorrows they all conspire But all they can do is admire. With all the doubt that one perceive, The humble serenity in her , will deceive. Innocence of an infant's cry, She clenches the moment , as it passes by. Contemplating infinity from a life, finite, Like a dying man watching the evening twilight I still remember that first sight , Which felt Something of an angelic Light. -Chetan Mazumdar
