May be the world(people) should be happy with trade war going on between capitalism on one side and communism on the other side, because without trade war Communists China and American capitalism might agree to divide the world in 2 or they agree to pay workers at the lowest possible price, or slavery-ism in modern time and capitalists and communists might get the maximum profit as they please, so far even without agreement, things are already happened, CEO's get 1000 times avarage workers around the world, and communists get billions usd to become red Capitalists and Chinese and cheap labor workers get average about 25 pennies per hour.
