Rome is famous worldwide for many things but when it comes to food, one dish is the most famous of all: Carbonara.

Few recipes are as well known and copied around the world. But most of all, few recipes have stirred such controversy on how they’re made. Carbonara has been remade in all sorts of ways: with cream, French style, or with seafood.

But the truth is that even in Rome, there exists no one way of cooking it. That’s why today, in occasion of #carbonaraday we are going to try three different interpretations of Rome's most iconic dish.

Roma è famosa in tutto il mondo per moltissime cose, ma quando si parla di cibo, c'è un piatto che la rappresenta meglio di tutti: la carbonara.

Poche ricette sono così note e riprodotte in tutto il mondo. Ma soprattutto, pochi piatti hanno generato così tante controversie su quale sia il modo giusto di cucinarli. La carbonara è stata reinventata in ogni modo possibile: con la panna, alla francese, con i frutti di mare.

Ma la verità è che anche a Roma non esiste un solo modo di cucinarla. Ed è per questo che oggi, in occasione del #carbonaraday, abbiamo deciso di provare tre interpretazioni diverse del piatto più famoso di Roma.
