But I have to…
I need to…
For the better of my metal-heath.
Crawling my body to the gym now,
I hope this gives you strength to do something about your depression; exercise, it helps, maybe only temporary, but it helps.
Try it, I know you hate this but just try it;
Pull yourself, brake yourself through, make your beautiful mind bloom for just a second, a moment or maybe a full hour.
Take it how it was and leave.
Leave it behind: just till your mind comes back.
Darling you are beauty;
Leave your soul next to that awful rope that you keep god oh save; you are.
Oh god darling please,
You are beautiful.
Go now,
Be strong.
Be who you are or find who you are,
And then take it.
No time for keep safes darling; now throw it away.
Going to the gym is helping me with my depression and I really want some of you guys to try it. It helps you by getting those endorphins up and release your stress. Don’t madder if it is a 10 minute passed walk or just a short bike ride, anything will make you ok for at least a little bit. It’s a hassle I know but it’s well worth.
Now I challenge you to go out and try.
Not for me.
Not for others.
For your mind and well being.
