Its time to say “Sorry” to Oriented Programming (OOP) and move on..
It all started....
During late 1980′s and 1990′s, even at early 2000′s Object Oriented Programming (OOP) was predominant programming paradigm and almost all programming language including the dominant C++, Java et al. boosted themselves by quoting their capability as Object Oriented programming.
At the bottom of their heart, almost every developer will agree that OOP has never ever solved the real problem of programming, in fact the abundance of object(s), inheritance(s), polymorphism(s) made the code more complex and life more difficult for the software developers.
During its inception, OOP came as a breadth of fresh air for the developers wanted to build a paradigm of programming and object oriented programming perfectly fits in there.
So what happened now
Object Oriented Programming built on the fundamentals of arranging the code in more human readable and understandable as well as allow us to reuse the code effectively and efficiently.
The compiler were made smart to make OOP easier and seamless to the developers
Unfortunately, the OOP programming has not turned into the” OOPS”
