I was watching fear of the cold and it made me realize a few things. We’ve seen that the cavendish family mostly uses the element of water. And if they can use water then that means they can easily turn water into ice.

I’ve always wondered why the Cavendish family members mostly act cold but are extremely kind to both allies and enemies. But if you look at the element they use it makes so much sense why they’re like that.

Ice is cold and the cold is ruthless. The cold can easily kill yet can preserve the body for a long time, which aligns with Cavendish’s healing very well

The other reason is that cold does not put difference between people. Like we’ve seen in many movies the cold always ends up not only defeating the good guys but the bad guys as well. Cold is the great equalizer just like the family of Cavendish.

And at last the cold can be extremely predictable. The cold doesn’t have any plot twists. You know what’s going to happen every time yet you still fall for it. The Cavendishes are the same. They have followed a tradition for decades yet still they are known as one of the strongest family. You may think of them as predictable and boring but as you ignore the red flags a sweet defeat will wash over you when you leas expect it.

Hc about why Chariot becomes clumsy when disguised as Ursula:

So Chariot is probably using a high level disguise magic and keeps it up all day even at nights (probably because Akko comes to her late at nights a lot) so her body must be tires from the extreme long term effect of the magic

And second we know Chariot is an extremely strong witch so to fit in and don’t raise suspicions she definitely has to surpass her magic a lot which can be draining

So with all this weight on both her mind and body she becomes quite unfocused. Like most of her attention goes to the magic so she also can’t pay attention to a lot of things surrounding her
