When I do presentation to clients on the promise of BGC as the next financial hub, "pinagtatawan lang ako", I remember selling to a friend who never believes on BGC development, opted for an Ortigas condo. Now, looking forward.. Bonifacio Global City is the business address for the elite. That time, I am selling a BGC condo studio for only 1.2M now check the current BGC condo units for sale in the market, the current market prices for a 50 to 60sqm units starts with 9M pesos. I always say this to my clients property investment grew its value over time, sabi ko nga kahit kainin pa ng anay ang structure (even the building was eaten up by a pest), your property will not stop increasing in market value. I have few BGC inventory by New San Jose Builders, a company I joined last year, but the terms are for cash basis only. Though I am sure BGC properties will increase more in the future.
