Non kinky reasons for detrans/misgendering kink:

I know someone who has my deadname, it used to trigger me so much that I even purposely mispronounced it. No I'm desensitized to my deadname and no longer triggered or mispronouncing.

(tw talk about weight) I have a huge fear of gaining weight because my dysphoria tells me I'll look like I have boobs again. This fear decreased because boobs=horny.
