(Ooc I’d like to say I’m sorry to anyone who found my use of split personality offensive. I never intended it to be that way. I’ve suffered from dissociation a lot especially when I was younger and at times my personality “shifted” making me feel like someone else to the point where I had trouble recognizing my true self. I let the character keep the split personality because it hit close to home to me and felt like a way to vent about things. And now I’m not sure where to go from here)

Batman

I’m just so sad about what Batman’s character has become. One of my favorite interpretations of Batman is from the DCAU he was so kind and strong and thoughtful. He helped Harley through rehabilitation

He sat with and talked to Ace before she passed away

He was presented as a real person. He may be a hard core vigilante but his sense of humor wasn’t taken away

He cared for his teammates like he did for Diana when she was turned into a pig

He was able to keep calm in times of danger and was able to straight talk his teammates and other people in general

And finally (my favorite thing) he was able to put up with kids and train them. More importantly he was a father to the Batfam.
