cut the cucumber and carrots to wtv size yall like
put them in a big bowl
pour in all da yoghurt until the consistency you liek
put thevaiyana alavu salt and pepper and (jeera powder) if yall have

chicken kozhambu

2 sattis and a stove
chicken
1.5 big onion
1 thakali
ginger garlic paste 7 spoons?
manjal podi
1.5 spice leaf
smol smol pattai
2 kirambu
1 star
1 elaikai
1 spoon uppu
2 stick karuvepillai
garam masala
coriander powder
chilli powder
chicken powder
water
coconut milk cream(if u wanna at the end)
recipe
get ready your chicken and take out all the fatz
in first satti pour 3 spoons oil into satti and heat it up
pour in all the spices after abit
then immediately throw in the vengayamz and wait till golden brown
sprinkle in the uppuz
then cover the satti and wait forrrrr 3 mins?
throw in all dat thakali and cover againz. after abit put your manjal podi and go ng we garlic paste (1 spoon ish) wait till the oil separates again
throw in coriander powder chicken powder chilli powder (all one spoon full. maybe abit more coriander) and mix mix mix. pour in a teensy bit of oilz
after 3 minutes add one spoon of garam masala
in another satti pour in 4 spoons olive oil and throw in all yo chicken. put in abit og garlic paste and one spoon uppu. put half spoon manjal podi. throw in 2 stick of karuvepillai and mix mix mix
nOW pour in the chicken into the first satti and also add boiling water till it looks like kozhambu (don’t waste! rinse!)
mix mix mix till it looks gravy like

ingredients
paruppu / dhoor dhaal
jeera
garlic
perungayam / asafoetida
manjal thool / turmeric powder
one big onion + one small onion (6 pieces)
one tomato
one smol green chilli
2 dry red chilli
one stick of karuvepilai
your favourite kaai
one smol paathiram puli
kothamali
mustard
jeeragam
fenugreek / vendhayam
uppu
recipe
place thattu inside cooker with water
oorufy dhaal in water 10 mins
add one spoon jeera, 3 garlic thingies, manjal thool ¼ spoon, and 6 shakes of perungayam
close cooker. wait 6-7 whistles
parupps done
smash paruppu
cut your onions and tomato
add carrot if you like (nope)
cut the kaai of your liking!
pour oil into your big satti
put mustard jeera vendhayam. after vedippu
pour in onion, 2 red chilli and all the chillis
put tomato after golden brown
one spoon of uppu
then cover with lid till oil separates from everything else
then open and put your carrot(no) and kaai
after 5 minutes add puli and 2 spoons sambar podi
pour in all yo smashed paruppz. pour thanni into your smashed paruppz and clean it up (don’t waste!)
peel off dat karuvepillai into it
ur done man
