Could I possibly ask for some little!chase headcanons?

He regresses pretty young, usually from 1-4 and usually on the lower end.

He's a fussy baby and cries a lot. He's very sensitive to loud noises.

He doesn't really have a set caregiver but most of the time it's either House, Wilson or Cameron.

He likes to color. He has a bunch of crayons and coloring books that he keeps at home (and House keeps a few in his office just in case)

Looking for a caregiver 🌙

I’ve been seeing quite a few posts of people asking how they look for a caregiver, or wanting a caregiver. As a caregiver I thought it would be helpful to give some tips and my two cents in about the topic!

One of the most important steps when looking for a caregiver is safety. You need to know about yourself before you get to know a possible future caregiver. You have to know what you need from a caregiver, your boundaries and the things you like.

Please stay safe when joining matchmaking forums, or groups specifically for finding caregivers and littles. These places can be unsafe!

There’s a lot of questions that should be asked when looking for a caregiver or little. Here's some questions to get you started! 

What nicknames do you like being called (are there any off limits?) 

Are you caring for anyone else? Do you think you would be a cg for multiple people in the future? How do you feel about your little having multiple cgs or babysitters?

Are you looking for a platonic, romantic or alterous relationship? 

How active are you online? *(sometimes time zone differences can be an issue)

Are you able to do things like - create schedules, check ins, chores, etc?

Boundaries- For the sake of keeping things short Ill put them into a few categories !

Physical: (This includes roleplay things like *hugs you* etc). Setting physical boundaries can be things like who can touch you, where, when, and how they touch you. This doesn’t always have to be sexual. These can be hugs, head pats, holding hands, etc. 

Emotional: The things people say to and about you. Saying no to someone when they make you uncomfortable. Respecting time, space, privacy, and each others value. Emotional boundaries and communication are very important in any type of relationship.

Material: The things you and others give. As a caregiver I love to spoil my kiddos. But never use a caregiver just for them to buy things for you. Caregivers should also not be using you to buy them things. 

Boundaries are very important. If you’re unsure about a boundary always ask! Ask twice, triple times if you have to. Ask for clarification, talk it over when you have concerns or questions. If you feel that something is wrong talk about it!!

Red flags (and what to look out for)  🚩

Theres lots of places to look for a caregiver (Instagram pages, Discord, Forms, Twitter and Tumblr). But theres many people there who are dangerous especially if you are a minor. Anyone can be groomed but minors are at higher risk with older caregivers and power imbalances. Always make sure that you stay within your age range. Someone who is 15 should not be a little or caregiver for someone who is 18. 3 years may not seem like a big difference but middle school and high school senior are in waaayyy different parts of life. 

Things to look out for

If they are an adult (18+) looking for minors 

If they force you to call them a certain title Calling someone a caregiver nickname is earned not a right. You never have to call someone a nickname you don’t want to use

They use your regression against you. Example - they will ban you from regressing if you dont do what they want

They use cruel punishments (hitting, screaming, taking away safe items)

If they are sexual or nsfw (in regression - this doesnt include trauma or kink outside of regression as long as everyones adults) 

They ignore or disrespect your boundaries 

They ask for personal information before knowing you (families names, specific place you live, where you go to school)

Final notes - Caregivers are meant to make you feel safe and loved. I know it can be frustrating trying to find a caregiver but I promise there’s someone out there. Even if they aren’t a full time caregiver other littles and friends may be willing to help! You’re not selfish for wanting what’s best for you.

Cg!Reigen

- I imagine at first he’d assume you’re not interested in going to his office at all

- (pretend this exists ambiguously when he’s running spirits and such but it’s not too busy yet)

- At home he mostly just watches you draw or plays some cartoons on the TV

- He tries to make those cute bentos/animal foods but they always end up a little ugly ;-;

- But one day you would go to the office, maybe you regress first and he doesn’t want to leave you alone or you visit for lunch and then regress after idk :p

- He’s nervous because the lights sometimes flicker and there’s not really any toys or anything

- But you absolutely adore it!!

- He has a teapot for serving the occasional customer but whenever it’s not in use (most of the time) you can play tea party

- Reigen also had a bunch of cheap statues and beads that are… basically toys? Though he’ll still use them for exorcisms

- He’d take pretend phone calls *very* seriously

- Always gets carried away making up his own story until he realizes you got bored and stopped listening 5 minutes ago lol

- Even when toys aren’t available he’s surprisingly good a making boring things seem fun (Jangling his keys around or building towers out of spare yen)

- Whenever you’re with him he always makes you giggle or captures your full attention with his wild movements

- And if you do cry he’ll make wild promises to get you to stop (meaning you get lots and lots of treats)

Age — little: 4-9

Verb status — verbal

🥛: definition of a teddy bear. Basically, a very sweet and ideal cg if you're more on the low energized side.

🥛: speaking of low energized littles, he works amazing with littles who do little/nothing when they're little. Since he's a little low-energized himself; he'll know how to work with you if you are. If not, that's okay too! He flexes very well when he's in caregiver space

🥛: bored? He'll suggest some things to do! Of course he suggests things that requires not alot of spoon energy (unless ofc you're more active then he will suggest that instead) but things like napping, watching movies/shows/cartoons or coloring is always on his top suggestions list. If you ask, he'll take you to the park and let you loose to do what your hearts content. (Of course he still watches over you to make sure you don't get hurt)

🥛: at the park: if he's involved and not just sitting on the benches he'll suggest the swing! If you wanted to he will push you on the swing. If you're a bug lover little, he'll watch anthills with you

🥛: kinda basic on petnames but will call you things like kiddo and bud. But he's open to suggestions as well. He also prefers if you call him things like big brother, baba, bubby, etc etc..

🥛: if you two were in public he'll always hold your hand if necessary. He doesn't want his little one to wander off out of his sight afterall.

🥛: loves to build pillow forts with you. In the end you both could sleep in it if you wanted to

🥛: works surprisingly well for nonverbal / semi verb littles. Since he's more observant with body language: he'd understand what you need and want

🥛: constantly visits the library if you ever wanted him to rent out your favorite movie to watch (or a few, sometimes he gets a couple movies for you)

🥛: just a sleepy boy. He always needs a nap.

🥛: not much changes from how he is when big. Low energized and overall quiet baby who prefers to be alone most of the time.

🥛: doesn't have a caregiver, nor does he think he needs/want one. He is perfectly capable of taking care of himself no matter his little age. Though he welcomes occasional babysitters and/or playmates.

🥛: doesn't have much gear but he owns a black bat themed sippy cup. Ofc his favorite little drink is milk and varieties (bc why not)

🥛: he mostly sleeps when little. Literally 80% of his schedule is napping. He can nap for hours and hours and wake up even more tired by the end of it. If he's not asleep at home he's outside collecting bugs or coloring during his spare time

🥛: honestly if he had a playdate with pet regressors he'd get along with puppy regressors 100%. Also kitty regressors if they're as energetic as he is

🥛: doesn't really like being babied but it mostly depends on the time of day. At night he encourages you to baby him but if it's during morning or in the noon he'll disprove of it

🥛: the only petname he likes to be called is: kid. Otherwise you can just call him by his nickname. he doesn't mind.

🥛: eats everything in sight so it's recommended you keep things that he shouldn't put in his mouth away from him. Specifically chalk, grass and any type of glue

Regressor Mob + Caregiver Reigen Headcanons

~Mob regressing around Reigen for the first time and having no idea what is happening to him, or why he is feeling this way, only knowing that he feels comfortable and safe

~Reigen who has no idea what’s going on and ends up bluffing his way through caregiving. Somehow managing to do do a half decent job.

~Later he’s all like “ah yes a spirt must have come into your mind and done this to you, never fear I will- huh?”

~Mob just shoving his phone in the other’s face with an article pulled up.

“Actually I think it’s called age regression.”

“Ah yes, that was also what I was thinking, I was just making sure you were paying attention to what was happening to you.” A pause. “Let me see that.”

~Insert speed reading and a bunch of very sporadic researching.

~Mob enjoying showing off his powers to his caregiver, even if he doesn’t have the best control over them while small

~Reigen who very quickly realizes he has to put away anything that’s not baby proof unless he wants a hundred dangerous (or potentially dangerous) objects zipping across the room.

Brief change from my usual content because I’ve been rewatching mob psycho with a friend and mob is soooo cute sweet baby <3

Little!Mob/Shigeo

- Mob only regresses around Reigen (Dimple can be present but he won’t regress around dimple alone)

- He actually does a lot subtly without even realizing because the way Reigen tousles his hair or generally acts like he knows everything makes Shige feel really little

- Just like with all his other emotions he is mostly very in control w/ his regression but it’s easier to start slipping in the office or when it’s late after a long mission

- Reigen is probably an awful (amazing) cg because he has no idea what he’s doing but also falls into the role so naturally

- After all he did know Mob as a kid so he is used to the behavior

- Regressed Mob doesn’t have good control over his powers

- He’s still generally pretty calm but tends to make things float without realizing

- Pretty quiet, I would say almost completely non-verbal but occasionally will whisper Reigen’s name (“Rei’in”) or calls him Shinshou (“Shi-sho”)

- Mostly likes to spend time just in proximity with his master while the man works

- Doesn’t need much entertainment other than pushing buttons on his phone

- Though he does very rarely call people on accident and gets very scared poor boy

- Very good listener in general but especially loves getting praise from Reigen

- The man says stuff absent-minded but still Shigeo will light up and make everything nearby start to fly

She would put your drawings and coloring pages on the wall and fridge. ~ Knowing how it feels to be picked on, she is overprotective of you and doesn't let anyone pick on you. ∘₊✧──Luna──✧₊∘ ~ Has one of the night light projectors with the galaxy that she would turn on and watch with you for a while with a music box playing. ~ Is the best at singing nighttime songs and has the softest blankets. ~ She would play games with you during the day instead of doing her work on some days since she doesn't fully like doing her job. ~ Anytime you bathe with her, she makes the bubbles star-shaped. ∘₊✧──Celestia──✧₊∘ ~ Always wakes you up early and makes the best breakfast, normally pancakes or waffles with fruit on and/or in it. ~ She uses magic to entertain you, making things glow that doesn't normally, making stuffies move around, putting on different voices to talk for them, and so on. ~ Takes you on walks all the time and has picnics with you. Even taking you to dog parks ~ When it's time to sleep she cuddles you in her bed and makes sure you feel safe and sleep on time so you can see the sunrise in the morning. ∘₊✧──Cadance──✧₊∘ ~ Makes heart-shaped cookies and lets you ice them. ~ Is always able to calm you down and when people start to fight around you, if they do, she calms them down so you don't get nervous. ~ Dances with you to the music in the kingdom, if ponies look weirdly at you, she tells them to leave you alone! ~ Is always playing with and brushing your hair.
