In attendance on the 2nd of February, 2019,meetting held at the Headquarter Office of the O.H.N 12pipeline Upper Allentown Sierra Leone Cross sections of volunteer members( 12) attend the meeting and important issues are discussed .The meeting start with opening prayer Individual introduction by each member. The Chairman Mr.Abu Bakarr Koroma welcome and highlight the key note purpose of the meeting Statement made by the CEO Mr.Abdul Kisslay B.Kanu adresssing the procedures of the forms and explain how to become a members and how to raised fund towards the organization by saying that all members need to engaged and know the way forward on how to become a member of the Organization he also added that there are three categories of forms prepared for the organization (Advocacy Forms for Athlete,Sponsorship Forms and Membership forms .In his statement of how all the forms to be used ,the membership forms is for people who are ready to volunteers and be staff of the organization by each and everyone commitment, he also added that the organization is not only base on one area but also in other areas in research of the needy. The advocacy form for athlete is very important as he quote that there are so many athelete in Sierra Leone who are destitute athlete so by having the advocacy form for them so that they can be part of the OHN athlete team asking other people to step in and help them to achieved their goals .He further said that the sponsorship forms for the organization is mainly in requesting to stakeholders both Sierra Leone and abroad, In other to help the needy.

In responding from the gathering a member by the name of Coach Eddie ask questions about the organization whether is a social club or Organization and also said that as to start we don't need to ask anyone for money as the organization is mainly for helping the needy, another member by the name of Mr.Chernor response to Coach Eddie statement he further told the attenders that according to his overview towards the statement of the CEO .And also said that CEO stament is in place about putting the ideas of forms and we towards the organization he did not ask people for money but the ideas of every individual to show how to put hands together for the development of the organization.Mr mustapha also a member express sincere thanks to the CEO and according to him he said the organization need to engaged the media throughout to expose the organization to the public.Mr .Mohamed Ballack aslo said that for any organization to operate it takes a lot with so many advantages and disadvantages but the CEO and commited member's just need to focus on the way forward of the organization because there are so many organization operating in Sierra Leone but the volunteer bear their minds to work towards the aims and objectives of the organization he further said that is better to have commited volunteer who are willing to work as a member of the organization.

After all the response from members that attend the meeting the chairman also highlight about the aims and objectives of the organization ( To seek the interest of the needy in Sierra Leone).The CEO Mr.Abdul Kisslay B.Kanu in his last statement there is a language barriers on the statement of the application form for all members as to how the organization start to raised funds for the organization. He further said that the organization is operating by constitution and every member is title to have the volunteer form to feel belong and the executive position will be given to volunteers according to their commitment in the organization operations.stay focus and put salone first OHN media team.
