Today was starting out as light grey but has darkened quickly. Another failure as I start my cycle anew and a fight over bullshit. I want to crawl in bed and wait for the pain of everything to pass, but it won’t.

Today is a light grey day. Not as grey as yesterday but still dark enough that I have no ambition to join the real world. Attending a family function so I can pretend I’m okay today, but I think that will be my limit. I’ll stay there as late long as I can manage then come home and clean because when my grey days are productive at least I don’t feel like a total waste of space. Future tip, that I never seem to learn from, don’t make future plans on an almost white day.
