After I got done giggling she explained that since I obviously need to be an adult to purchase the lotto tickets, yet it’s a fun and simple thing for me to do instead of stressing, by doing these “as needed” 😳😅- this might be an easy way for me to both fall into little space and/or calm myself as I prepare to undertake an adult action/event, depending on the situation, of course.

I just… omg, my therapist is absolutely hilarious.. but more than that, she’s honestly been right about me more often than I care to admit… so maybe I’ll pick up some lottos today on my way home?
