I think it's so fucking funny whenever someone talks about how Hiruzen was involved in the Uchiha Massacre, not just because it's incorrect, but solely because of the nature of Danzō's backstory and his relationship with Hiruzen. Like, imagine you pull off a whole ass genocide behind the entire state's back without getting your own hands dirty once, and some fucking 30 year old anime fan with coffee breath, heaving over their computer screens with their lovecore waifu profile picture is roping your best friend, who you fucking resent for essentially one upping you your entire life, into YOUR ACHIEVEMENT when not only did he do jack shit, but YOU OUTSMARTED HIM.
