“How did you know it was me?” she asked. Sure, the ‘dad?’ probably gave it away but how did he know for sure? Lucia looked down at herself, realizing that she was meeting her biological father for the first time wearing a slutty Joker costume. “Y-yeah. I’m fine. Just trying to find shelter. Are you okay?”
“I know my children, that’s why. Plus I kind of guessed, your the only daughter that I know of, so if you weren’t Lucia, well this would be an way more awkward conversation.” Lucifer nodded at her before sighing. ‘Why don’t we go find somewhere to go, maybe somewhere that has food. I don’t really need to eat to survive but I do like to snack on Jolly Ranchers when life gets stressful.’ He nodded. ‘Yeah, I’m alright. There is a grocery store near here, right? Let’s go find it and break in.’

‘Yes. We all have to make a living somehow and this is how I chose to do it.’ She admitted. “You are right there. That’s why I usually won’t go with any strangers, I stick to the men I know and if it’s one of their friends, I have protection on me and I make sure that I have someone on call.’ Jupiter smiled at him. ‘Keeping the circle small or doing group events is the best idea for me. That way I don’t end up alone with someone.’

Indigo was much more of a fan of the green rolling meadows, but now and then called for a good swim. “Don’t worry. I’m not going to let you die. I’m not a monster.” At least that’s what he told himself every morning. “I’d help teach you to swim but I think there’s probably a lot of other people better suited for that.”
“You say that now, but that doesn’t mean that you could safe me in a drowning scenario.’ Ravi told the other with a chuckle. ‘Eh, probably. I don’t really need to learn if I am being honest. I can just be at a safe distant from the water and look good in my swimming outfit.’ He chuckled. Ravi was an awkward person if he was being honest but hey, at least he knew how to have fun,

Era didn’t really care about the woman’s lineage. He thought it strange that someone of supernatural powers would be a sceptic of others. He supposed there were probably some people who still believed in myths, but if one was true, why not the rest? “Only twice a day doesn’t seem too hard. Does it work if you’re by any water? If you’re not near the ocean, can you choose other salt water? I’m sure there are plenty of witches around the island.”
‘I would assume so, yes? I’ve never really tried it. I have one spot in the ocean that I go to and then I come back on land. We can’t really go too far either, it’s like a barrier stopping you from going to far from the island.’ She admitted. “I guess it could be fun to try this out, see if I can be in different forms of water. I do know that when I try to shower, I turn into water but I don’t know if they use salt water in the water here, considering our water source is probably the ocean.’

“Mundanes,” he repeated with a raise of his brow. He wasn’t sure the last time he was ever referred to as lacking anything. “I suppose I could, but Halloween isn’t really my specialty. I don’t do anything special for any holidays outside of Fairy ones.” He knew it would sound weird. Mr Doom & Gloom putting up decor for fairy holidays and whatnot when he was….him. Era would do anything for Daisy and even though his house was quite dark in color and decor, he was working on it for her. “It depends on how many lives you life. I’m not really worried about stress. My patients aren’t going anywhere any time soon.”
‘It is a term used for those who don’t have supernatural abilities. I think it was a term used in the beginning to be rude and as the years go by, we kind of just adopted it to the way we talk about the humans.” Mackenzie told the other with a shrug. “What kind of holidays are those? We have a few Shadowhunter ones but I didn’t get to do them this year because there aren’t that many of us here, at least no one seemed to be in the mood either.:” Kenzie nodded. “Okay, wait a minute. How do you not worry about stress? That is like 80 percent of my personality.’

Ryan looked over with a shrug. “Because we’re working, and they had to order lunch for the four of us. I was told not to bring snacks because I’d be covered, but I don’t think they account for pregnancy cravings which is complete bullshit. If you can find me french fries, you’d be my angel.”
“I feel like you could sue them or something for that. Why would you tell someone not to bring snacks? What if you were a diabetic,.....or well, pregnant as you say. You have to eat constantly or enough to satisfy you and the babies hunger.” Jupiter had to admit that made her a bit angry to know that they had this person out here with no snacks. “How about I go across the street and get you some? Anything else you want while I am over there and don’t worry, I will bring you anything. We can’t have you out here starving.”

Ryan had refused to wear most of his gear, sticking to the pants, suspenders, and a station t-shirt. He was small, pregnant, and it was hot and heavy. “I just want it. At this point I don’t care what it is. I’m hungry.” He leaned his head on Teddy’s shoulder as they sat there, waiting. “It probably won’t be hot. It’ll be something we can eat quick or stop to talk to people who walk up yet.”
Theo hummed softly at that before sighing. “That is true. Well, if you want, I could just go grab you something from a place nearby, if you know what you want to eat. I don’t want you to be waiting and then starve. I don’t think I could live with that on my heart to know I let my dear friend starve.” Theo teased the other, chuckling softly at him.

Ten rose a brow at the man. “Funny I don’t smell like a witch since I am one.” He supposed many didn’t realize that familiars were more than just a lackey to another witch. He was his own person with his own powers. “Every dog is different. I dunno about actual dogs because I ain’t one, but I’m a familiar. What are you?” He didn’t particularly like the way the question was worded, so forward, but he figured the man didn’t mean any harm in it.
“Really? Hm, you have a different smell to you.” He told him with a frown. It was really interesting, this wasn’t the warlocks he was used to, this guy was different. “ I suppose that isn’t shocking that you are different than what I am used to. This town is strange and it just seems to be getting weirder and weirder.’

He used to spend his nights racking his brain, but it fit well with his personality and his goals in life. His parents both familiars, his mother turning into a doberman, his father a german shepherd. They all had similar colors, similar breed traits.
“So, not trying to get all in your business, but you aren’t a werewolf, right?” He asked him. With everything going on in this town, Al thought it was a good idea for him to be able to know who is all here and what creatures are here, because if you dont’ know something, that could be very dangerous. “I’m a Shadowhunter, which if you know us, you know the horrible background with our people and the whole death and stuff but I dont’ know much about it. I didn’t really follow the Institutes, I went rogue.’

Lucia had been running from the creatures all night, trying to find shelter. She didn’t know what powers she had but she most certainly wasn’t about to text them out tonight, in the chance she ended up getting killed. Things were insane, for sure but what she didn’t expect was to see a man in a superhero costume to completely obliterate one of the creature. And what she most certainly didn’t expect tonight was to recognize that man after a few moments. His posture, his eyes (though seen from a short distance), his voice. It was him. She stepped into the light, right now not caring what one of the creatures would do if they saw her.
“Dad?”
Lucifer tried to be a good father, but when your known as the most evil fallen angel of the universe, it can be pretty hard sometimes to maintain that and also still being there for your kids. “Lucia...” He replied before moving over to his daughter once he managed to take out another one of those creatures. “You alright?” He asked her.

Lucia was lost and trying to find shelter, without really thinking about it she rammed her entire body, albeit small, into the metal doors of the warehouse she had spotted. “Please! Let me in!” she called out, a monster coming closer to her. “Please!”
Angel hesitated at first, but when he heard the voice and the desperation, he decided to take a chance and open the door for the girl. When he did, he noticed it was Lucia and hurried her inside before shutting the door back and sliding the desks back against the door like he had before opening it for her. “Are you alright?” He asked, wanting to make sure she didn’t need anything patched up. “We still have some food here and first aid kits. Getting stuck in a school was a small blessing out of today.’

Zoey had no idea what had happened, one moment she was laughing and having fun and the next she was running away trying not to get hurt from the others that had started to flee. She didn’t stop running until she felt that she was safe,panting heavily as she tried to catch her breath at the building, thinking it would be a good place to hide. However it seemed like somebody else thought it was a good idea since she jumped from the sound of the voice. “I’m not going to hurt you I promise, I am just trying to hide here so I can catch my breath.”She spoke up.
Hearing a females voice she slowly got herself up from the corner and moved with her flashlight to see who was with her. She saw a woman and she lowered her sword, letting it go back to around her waist like a belt and nodded. “Sorry, I didn’t mean to threaten you, I was just scared with everything that was going on.” They admitted. “You can stay here with me though, it’s better to be with someone than alone, right?”

Halloween Event: Halloween 2021
Chance wasn’t sure what was going on. They hadn’t been in this town for long, and what they thought was going to be a normal Halloween turned quickly. For starters, the lights had gone out and panicked ensued. When panic people are in a small space together, chaos ensues. So, Chance decided to turn himself into a cat and roam around the streets, hiding in small spaces and searching for not only food but anyone that might need his help.
As they turn the corner, they noticed a loud screeching noise and the next thing he knows, the world goes black for a moment. He wakes back up as their human form and someone kneeling beside them. “What happened?” He asked, his voice weak.

Asim chose the wrong costume today, these pants were freezing, the shirt wasn’t any better and now the lights were out. Part of him wanted to be out there, to figure out the cause of the problem but he had promised he’d stay with the elderly and the children left in the town hall so they would have someone helping them. He just wished he had someone else there, because if a lot of those creatures or anyone came in wanting to cause some trouble, he could fight off a couple but more than that and someone was bound to be hurt or worse. As the door opened, he grabbed the gun he was given but noticed it was someone he knew and sighed. “Oh, thank the heavens. I am glad to have back up.”

Emi had been running with what felt like forever. She wanted a normal Halloween, enjoy some candy corn or just play some games with her friends. Instead, she was running for her life, scared and alone. She ducked into a random building that she had saw on the side of the road and moved into the corner to sit there, grabbing her phone. Of course, no power meant no serve so she couldn’t call anyone to let them know where she was. Lucifer walked down the street, costume still perfect and not one hair out of place. He wasn’t bothered by the creatures running through the street, screeching and the other's around him screaming their heads off. He couldn’t be killed except for an archangel blade. As he was walking all of a sudden something hit him in the back of his head and he turned around and saw one of the creatures glaring down at him. Glaring at him, he used his angel powers to kill him and then he groaned, touching the back of his head. “That was just rude. I worked hard on this superhero costume and you just tried to ruin my hair. The nerve, really.”
