Cindy is a Cyndaquil owned by Ethan.
First things you might notice about her is that she actually has some pretty sharp teeth. Cindy loves the smell of blood and can act pretty strange sometimes. Cindy cannot battle for too long due to the fact that she gets tired easily.
As an egg she was stuck on Mt Silver in the middle of a blizzard for a night with may or may not have been the cause of Cindy's weird habits and behaviors.

His mate has moved away or is moving right now as we speak,his mother died,his brother has abandoned him. He’s killed a few pokemon on accident. He is just having problems and he thinks that cutting himself makes things better.” Blaze looked towards the ground and back up at Cindy. “He wants to kill himself,and he thinks you are going to kill him.”
