Productivity Printables
Hey everyone! The semester has kicked off for many of us already, myself included, and I just gotta say, it’s been pretty crazy. I wanted to share some tools that have helped me and hopefully can help you too in having at least some semblance of organization this semester.
A couple notes: The first preview will show both high and low contrast versions. Remaining previews will show high contrast only but there are low contrast versions available. I have no idea why but the reviews may look different on different browsers/screens. They should print out fine, though. Click images for better quality, or go straight to the download link.
Anyway, here are the printables!
Daily Printables
Daily View (High Contrast (left) | Low Contrast (right))
Attention Management (High Contrast | Low Contrast)
Energy Management (High Contrast | Low Contrast)
Weekly Printables
Weekly Overview - Monday Start
Blank (High Contrast | Low Contrast)
Task-based (High Contrast | Low Contrast)
Time-based (High Contrast | Low Contrast)
Weekly Overview - Sunday Start
Blank (High Contrast | Low Contrast)
Task-based (High Contrast | Low Contrast)
Time-based (High Contrast | Low Contrast)
Monthly Printables
Undated Monthly Overview - Monday Start (High Contrast | Low Contrast)
Undated Monthly Overview - Sunday Start (High Contrast | Low Contrast)
Misc
Einstein Matrix (High Contrast | Low Contrast)
Hope you enjoy them, and if you’re looking for any of my printables, they all can be found in my Study Drive. Have an awesome semester!

Digital Bullet Journal App
Hey guys! Whilst replying to my last message, I came across an application called Elisi - it is a free digital bullet journal app for iPhone/iPad, Andriod and Mac :D
I’ve just downloaded it to see what it can do and it has:
weekly calendars (unfortunately, no monthly or daily specific)
colour-coded lists (with % completion)
habit trackers (each week and tracks your record/streak)
notes - these you can have per week, but if you bookmark them they’ll stay for any week you go too!
check off your tasks or check off and leave a reaction (sad, neutral, happy)
Here is a screenshot of me testing it out so you can have a quick see!
Just thought I’d share it since it’s free and looks quite useful! :-)

A small list of random ass sites I’ve found useful when writing:
Fragrantica: perfume enthusiast site that has a long list of scents. v helpful when you’re writing your guilty pleasure abo fics
Just One Cookbook: recipe site that centers on Japanese cuisine. Lots of different recipes to browse, plenty of inspiration so you’re not just “ramen and sushi”
This comparing heights page: gives you a visual on height differences between characters
A page on the colors of bruises+healing stages: well just that. there you go. describe your bruises properly
McCormick Science Institute: yes this is a real thing. the site shows off research on spices and gives the history on them. be historically accurate or just indulge in mindless fascination. boost your restaurant au with it
A Glossary of Astronomy Terms: to pepper in that sweet terminology for your astrophysics major college au needs

“[I]t is actually more expensive to be poor than not poor. If you can’t afford the first month’s rent and security deposit you need in order to rent an apartment, you may get stuck in an overpriced residential motel. If you don’t have a kitchen or even a refrigerator and microwave, you will find yourself falling back on convenience store food, which — in addition to its nutritional deficits — is also alarmingly overpriced. If you need a loan, as most poor people eventually do, you will end up paying an interest rate many times more than what a more affluent borrower would be charged. To be poor — especially with children to support and care for — is a perpetual high-wire act.”

please make sure that wherever you’re at in life, you don’t treat it like a transitory period. don’t waste your college years wishing to already be graduated & have a job. don’t waste your single years wishing for someone to be in love with. if/when those things come, they will come in due time and they will be good. but there is nothing like looking back and feeling empty because you wasted literal years ignoring what you had because you were hoping for something better. while it’s important to better yourself and reach for your goals, don’t neglect the present because that’s where you are now and it’s your now that determines your future.

With the new semester starting up soon, I was getting a lot of requests to release 2018 versions of my printable calendars! Like my 2017 versions, there are three design options, different colours (blue, green, grey, purple, peach, pink), and the option of a Monday or Sunday start date.
For ease, I’ve created entire Google Drive folders for each design (version one being the top, two being the middle, and three the bottom), then separated by their starting day. You can then chose your preferred colour and print! The files are in PDF form and feature all 12 months of the year in the single download. Click the links below to pick your calendar!
Version one folder
Version two folder
Version three folder
I hope you enjoy using these and if so, I’d love to see them in action! Feel free to tag me on Tumblr with #emmastudies or on Instagram with my username @emmastudiess in any photos you upload. If there are any problems or errors, please let me know via my inbox.
Disclaimer: This printable is for personal use only. You may edit it yourself if you like, but please do not redistribute without my permission. Thank you!

Sometimes I get so mad at myself like.. I have so much potential and I don’t put it to use, I could achieve so many things but instead I procrastinate and waste my time in things that don’t matter. I could throw my phone away and lock myself in my house with my books but it wouldn’t change anything. It’s all in my head, I’m my fucking limit and I don’t know how to cross it. I’m stopping myself and I don’t know what to do to change that…

to have a studyblr
you DON’T need perfect, beautiful, organized notes
you DON’T have to be constantly posting original content
you DON’T have to have fancy, expensive, brand name stationery, pens, and journals
you DON’T have to have a bullet journal
you DON’T have to study all the time
you DON’T need to have tons of followers
but what you do need is…
to believe in yourself and know that no matter the circumstances, you putting forth the effort to better your life, be more productive, healthier, smarter etc. is more than enough.
the studyblr community is not a place where we should strive to achieve perfection. here we should focus on supporting each other, motivating each other, helping each other, and making sure that everyone feels welcome and comfortable pursuing and achieving whatever they desire.
