Ben had a feeling those words were going to come eventually, that someone would finally say that he needed help. Professional help, because he was going too far on self destruct mode. That sooner or later he was going to get himself killed because he was being so reckless. "I don't know what kind of help." He confessed, it had been going through his head over and over again, that he needed to talk to someone. But he felt as though he was too far gone.

Jason's words stung, but only because he was right. Sorry was never going to be good enough for what he had just done. The pain he would have put his family through, his sisters, Jason, everyone. "Maybe you should have." Ben whispered as he looked out of the window, his head in his hands for a moment, trying to think of what to do. "I don't know what to do any more."

"what?" he froze in shock for a moment, but that shock quickly turned into into a smile. "Are you serious?" he asked unable to contain his excitement as he hugged her. "You're really pregnant?" he asked taking her face into his hands. trying his hardest to keep those happy tears in just in case he some how misheard her.

"You're pregnant?" he asked once more needed to hear it again. Seth always wanted his own family, they had talked about other ways of having a baby, but that was off in the future.

Sarah took a deep breath and headed towards the bathroom for the time being, she didn’t want to get her hopes up. She didn’t want to cling on to the idea that maybe this was happening, maybe this was it. Her hand was shaking as she took the pregnancy test, not knowing whether to go out and wait with Seth or sit in the bathroom. She didn’t him to see the disappointment in her eyes when she saw it was negative.

Then her whole world stopped as soon as she saw the positive sign. She felt as though everything was spinning and took hold of the test, opening the door as she saw Seth waiting outside. “I –” She stopped, lost for words as her eyeline met Seth’s. “I’m – I’m pregnant. I’m really pregannt.”

Jason smiled. She got him, he had to admit that. "Is that so wrong?" he asked. seeing her in a bikini all the time wouldn't be bad at all. "Come on. you and savvy love the water. Even if you don't want to move out here full time, it could be nice to have. We're always coming to the beach anyways." he tired to convince her. even if it was just for the summers. a beach house would be nice to have.

"You only want to move out to the beach because you think you'll be seeing me in a bikini all the time." Sofia commented as she pulled down her sunglasses to look at Jason, a small smirk on her lips. "I mean I'm hot I know that. It would be nice, teach Savannah how to surf. Taking her swimming every day! We could look in to it, a house that goes right on to the beach. Savvy loves the water." She smiled and tickled their daughter who was lying on her own sun lounger, copying Sofia with her sunglasses and her sunhat.

"I did stop asking once i got it then i started asking for Arroz con leche and bolillos stuffed with cream cheese and jalapenos!" she could have lived off of those if Adan had let her. or just bolillos in general. her whole pregnancy she wanted bread and tortillas.

"The nerds." she laughed. "That's what i used to call you, Vince and Zan." she joked. it was crazy how much things have changed, and how they were going to continue to change for the better. "Did Zan tell you what this plan is?"

Teaching Scarlet to drive had been terrifying, he tried a couple of times but he knew it wasn't going to end well. "You could have killed us." She didn't know if it was cute or annoying that Jason gave them the same speech. He was was protective of them both, and in a way scarlet knew that he was just trying to keep them from being heartbroken. But at the same time it was annoying that Jason thought they would hurt each other. "Yup, he didn't want me to break your heart. Saying was always traveling. And couldn't give you the time you deserved"

"You kidding? Of course you were, Jason used to give me a lecture every time he would catch me staring at you." Ben confessed, he knew his best friend was only trying to look out for them, to make sure that the people he cared about most didn't get hurt. But Ben just felt as though it was meant to be, that it was something they couldn't control. "Hang on, he gave you the same lecture?"

"I was gonna ask you the same thing." Scarlet had been though the whole cheating thing multiple times. But this was probably the first time she was the 'other woman'. "we can do coffee, or maybe pizza. my treat." she offered.

though it didn't matter if she took her up on her offer. if not she'd just call Zander, to eat with her. he never turned down food. but if she wanted to come then they can eat their broken hearts away together.

His girl? How utterly and completely humiliating.

"In case it wasn't obvious, we're done too, dickwad," she snapped at her now ex before he could even open his mouth. "If you even try to call me, I will break your car windows."

was he really trying to talk himself out of this? the sad thing is a few years ago this might have worked. Scarlet rolled her eyes and crossed her arms.

her eyes landed on the other girl for a moment. she looked shocked, surprised. so she didn't even know scarlet was in the picture. "You're girl's here." Scarlet said shaking her head. "and I'm out." she wasted two damn months on trash... again.

She could have just left and walked away, but she stopped facing the girl who her now ex was also dating. "You can do so much better."

It was pointless of her to be upset. She had known from the start her boyfriend didn't actually like her, and she didn't expect anything serious but still. Basic respect would have been nice.

So here she was, about two months into a relationship, on her way to his place when she spotted him flirting with another girl, far prettier and more confident than she could ever hope to be.

Dawn didn't know whether it was better to walk past him without a care in the world, or go pick a fight to be petty.

They finally did it. that was the best way to explain this feeling. Not just getting back together, and getting married. but having a baby together. the first of the big family they wanted. they bought their dream home, building it together and making it their home. they had their dream careers that were still growing.

all the pain, the tears, and regret was worth it for this moment. "A couple months ago i had to push out a really chubby baby cause you kept feeding me" she joked getting out of her chair and stretching a bit. "Food and rest sounds great, doesn't it." She said kissing her daughter head, before kissing Adan's lips.

❝ Oh you hear that? Mami says she's lucky to have us. That's not what she was saying a couple of months ago, huh. ❞ He teased as he stood there waiting for his wife to come down to eat the dinner he had prepared as their daughter slept. Looking up from their smiling baby in his arms to his wife, he felt his teenage self telling him that they finally did it. It took a long time and a lot of pain but they finally were what he had seen when he first laid eyes on Lettie all those years ago as kids.

Crossing the room, he placed a kiss on top of her head. ❝ Come on, all the meetings will still be there when you get back. Let's get some food and rest in you. ❞
