Sadness is allowed. I often feel bad for being sad, but I’m trying to get better at accepting and allowing the emotion. Sadness is a normal and expected feeling!

Idk I just think it's kind of unfair to Kaeya. He just lost his father too. He was probably terrified. I've always interpreted it as him being so upset at losing Crepus before he could tell him the truth, that he needed to tell Diluc right away before he lost him too. Needed to seize the chance because he'd become terribly aware of his family's mortality and he needed to stop lying to Diluc while he still could.
Was his timing absolutely awful? Yes. But he was scared and grieving too, and I don't think it's fair to him to act like he was being malicious or an asshole or didn't care about Crepus' death. He was seventeen years old and he'd just lost his father without ever getting to tell him the truth of who he was. Have a little sympathy for him.

i'm so glad goncharov happened when it did, right before prolific public use of AI. that was pure honest gaslighting straight from the heart. real human whimsicality and trickery thru blood sweat and tears. we were a family. and we all gonched, together. you cant replicate that with any machine.
