but that wasn’t what happened. what happened was they drove to harry’s and parked the camaro next to an audi and a lexus and gansey ordered flavors of gelato until the table wouldn’t hold anymore and ronan convinced the staff to turn the overhead speakers up and blue laughed for the first time at something gansey said and they were loud and triumphant and kings of henrietta, because they’d found the ley line and because it was starting, it was starting.

I'm obsessed with your Ronan and with your interpretation of his tattoo. I noticed you changed it slightly from black arms reachinh to the arms curling around empty space. I wondered why? :)

i changed the design of his tattoo slightly with every new drawing actually.some of the parts are permanent for all versions and some aren’t.

when i tried to draw it for the very first time, there were only hands entangled in roots\vines\idk what was that supposed to be. this is the design from january 2016 and there is no celtic cross on the neck

the next one is crazy, i still have no idea how i managed to draw this i must’ve been real deep in ronan pit when i did this :D in the next one, hands started to grow from the tree trunk

in the next one, hands turned into snakes circling the tree.

and in the last one i decided to add some free space on the back because i didn’t like the look of it with all dark. so it was composition-wise, i suppose, but i like how it turned out in the end.

also, it’s said in the books that you can always see something new in his tattoo every time you look at it, as if it’s always changing. i really like this concept and i personally headcanon that the tattoo is a dreamthing (although i KNOW that it isn’t but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)
