Procured at Gerrard’s Market from Redlands, California for $3.49, Electric Sunshine is a fruit beer with papaya, pineapple, kiwi, and huckleberry crafted by Avery Brewing Company from Boulder, Colorado.
The fragrance of kiwi, papaya, huckleberry, and papaya are felt upon the nose. The appearance is an amber red that pours a finger of white head that dissipates gradually with decent circular retention left and similar lacing. When held up to light, marigold shows around the edges. The alcohol content is 5%.
Kiwi softly tarts the take, imbues strawberry and banana flavors, juices and sweetens the beverage, and lingers into the relatively dry finish. Huckleberries assists with the tart sensation, and imparts blueberry and raspberry hues that compliments the kiwi. Papaya smoothens the drink, and renders cantaloupe and mango notes that blends with the kiwi and huckleberry combination. Pineapples adds a subtle tang to the take, and coalesces with the kiwi and papaya tandem.
Electric Sunshine is a vibrant fruit beer. Kiwi, huckleberry, papaya, and pineapple blends into a delicious craft beer. Papaya eases the drink as the take is tarted by kiwi and huckleberry along with a pineapple tang. Kiwi and huckleberries fronts the papaya and pineapple combination. The fruity composition lightly weighs the body. Huckleberries and kiwi persists into the relatively dry finish. I loved drinking this brew, and mesmerized how this cluster of fruit comes together.

Obtained at States Street Liquor from Redlands, California for $4.09, Business is an imperial stout with molasses and muscovado brewed by Stillwater Artisanal from Grand Mound, Washington.
The smell of chocolate, roasted malt, molasses, dark fruit, and vanilla are noted as you drink. The appearance is pitch black that pours a low tan head that dissipates gradually with some circular retention remaining and similar lacing. Dark brown shows when light reflects off the beer. When held up to light, no light shines through. The alcohol content is 13%.
Chocolate is fairly rich, malty to the touch, and deepened by roasted malt. Molasses slightly syrups the drink, enriches and thickens the body, and sweetens the beverage. Vanilla lightly creams the drink, and coalesces with chocolate and molasses. Espresso gently bitters the take, and colors the chocolate, molasses, and vanilla solution. Muscovado sugar imbues a toffee flavor that compliments the chocolate, molasses, and vanilla combination, and applies a smoky earthiness to the malty and molasses comprehension that persists into the relatively dry finish. Cherries softly tarts the take, blends with the molasses, and broadened by raisins. Plums underlines the cherries and raisins, and easily picked out during the finish.
Business is a voluptuous imperial stout. Chocolate and roasted malts, molasses, vanilla, espresso, muscovado sugar, cherries, raisins, and plums merges into a savory craft beer. Molasses and vanilla makes it easy to drink this strong libation as espresso bitters the take along with a subtle cherry tart. Chocolate and roasted malts, molasses, vanilla, espresso, toffee like muscovado sugar, and cherries paints the complexion, followed by raisins and plums. The malty and molasses composition moderately weighs the body, which is accented by the smoked earthiness aspect of the muscovado sugar. Chocolate, roasted malt, muscovado sugar, espresso, raisins, and plums leaves a lasting impression upon the relatively dry finish. I cherished every single drink, and impressed with the molasses and muscovado sugar tandem upon this imperial stout.

The air yields caramel, cinnamon, and dark fruit upon the nose. The appearance is garnet that pours a low white head that dissipates gradually with a minimal circular retention left and similar lacing. When held up to light, the color changes to an orange amber, and reveals a clear body. The alcohol content is 5.6%.
Caramel is slightly rich, malty to the touch, and deepened by roasted malt. Pale male imbues a biscuit tone to the caramel and roasted malt tandem. Cinnamon softly spices the take, and textures the malty comprehension along with a pepper tinge from ginger. Lager yeast smoothens the drink, blending with the malty composition. Orange peel subtly bitters the take, and flavors the yeasty, caramel, and biscuit combination. Brown sugar imparts a complimentary toffee hue to the lager yeast and caramel and pale malt mixture, and sweetens the beverage. Acquired at States Street Liquor from Redlands, California for $4.55, Cosmic Gulp is a fruited sour ale with cara cara oranges, passion fruit, and pink guava brewed in collaboration between Brouwerij West from San Pedro, California and Harland Brewing Company from San Diego, California.
The aroma of cara cara oranges, passion fruit, and pink guava are noted as you drink. The appearance is yellow that pours a low white head that dissipates quickly with no lacing. When held up to light, the color shifts to a daffodil yellow, and unveils a lightly cloudy body. The alcohol content is 5.5%.
Cara cara oranges slightly tarts the take, imbues cranberry, blackberry, and raspberry flavors that persists into the relatively dry finish, and sweetens the beverage. Passion fruit assists with the tart sensation, imparts a kiwi flavor that compliments the cara cara oranges, and gives off a pineapple taste to the finish. Procured at States Street Liquor from Redlands, California for $5.01, Deck The Hops 2023 is a double IPA with spruce tips and rosemary brewed by Duck Foot Brewing Company from San Diego, California.
The smell of lemon, pine, and rosemary are noted as you drink. The appearance is an orange gold that pours a finger of white head that dissipates gradually with some circular retention remaining and similar lacing. When held up light, the color shifts to a straw gold, and unveils a clear body. The alcohol content is 8%.
Spruce tips mildly bitters the take, and imparts lemon and pine notes to the complexion. Citra hops renders apricot and peach hues that compliments the spruce tips. Chinook hops adds a slight spice to the take, and boosts the pine sensation. Pale malt gives off a toasty biscuit flavor to the body, which is colored by a woody pepper tint from rosemary that persists into the relatively dry finish.
Deck The Hops 2023 is an enticing double IPA. Spruce tips, pale malt, rosemary, and Citra and Chinook hops blends into a glamorous craft beer. Obtained at the Black Dog Social Club from Green Valley Lake, California for $7.56, Caribbean Rum Cask is a Scottish red beer aged in rum barrels crafted by Innis & Gunn Brewery from Edinburgh, Scotland.
The air yields caramel, rum, dark fruit, and vanilla upon the nose. The appearance is dark brown that pours a low beige head that dissipates gradually with some circular retention left and similar lacing. When held up to light, the color changes to a red orange, and reveals a clear body. A rosewood pigment shows when light reflects off the beer. The alcohol content is 6.8%.
Caramel is slightly rich, and malty to the touch. Rum moderately boozes the drink, toned by vanilla, sweetens the beverage, and renders tobacco, cane sugar, and brown sugar hues to the caramel. Phoenix hops subtly spices the take, and imbues a chocolate flavor that broadens the caramel and rum tandem. Demerara sugar imparts a complimentary toffee tint to the caramel, rum, and chocolate combination. Oak gives off a coconut note to the caramel, rum, vanilla, chocolate, and toffee mixture.
