- Heating device and pliers

Put water in the bottom of the double boiler over low heat.  Place 1 cup of raw honey in the top of the double boiler then add the decarbed hemp flower and stir it as it simmers for about 30 to 60 minutes. Remove it from heat. While the honey is still easy to pour, pour it through cheese cloth over the mouth of a jar of your choice. If you feel that you need further straining, you can pour it through a cheesecloth covered metal strainer.

Melt one end of a straw shut using the tip of a woodburner tool, a hot nail, etc then pinch it with a pair of pliers. With the micro-tip funnel pour the honey from the jar through the funnel into the straw. When finished, close the top with the same method as you closed the bottom of the straw

- 2 cups spinach or kale
