artist with a voice that you love - my answer to this has been taylor momsen from the pretty reckless for the last ten years and i don't see it ever changing. her voice is just the right amount of raspy, it is unbelievable how much life it gives to their songs. like their music by itself is good, but taylor's specific timbre is what makes it stand out from anything else i have ever heard. can u believe she was 16 when they released their first album
