Ways That Helped Me Lose Weight

Food—–
I eat a max of 1500 calories a day. That’s only to lose weight, once I reach my gw (120 lbs), I will start eating a little bit more to maintain that weight.Β 
Most of the time I eat fruits like strawberries, oranges and bananas.
I make smoothies and include almond milk and greek yogurt and spinach. ~300 cals, drinking all of it (a whole cup) makes me full.Β 
Whole grain bread and almond butter (~280 cals) is a good snack when I haven’t eaten enough.
And any protein I can find. Mostly chicken. I also make sure to eat on a smaller plate, measuring stuff correctly and drinking water before a meal to prevent overeating.
I use lifesum app to track stuff (free and premium)
Work outsβ€”-
working out obviously helps you lose weight. I do the chloe ab workout everyday and a bunch of random workouts I feel like for 20 minutes-1 hour in total.Β 
Adding any kind of cardio helps a lot too, I haven’t been able to do so (walking/jogging) outside because Canada is cold.
Make sure to engage your core and keep your body moving!
Fasting—–
I haven’t started yet but I heard good things come from fasting. I’m starting with 16:8, 16 hours of fasting and 8 hours of eating. Do your research before starting!
Try your hardest to not binge! Keep your mind clear and busy yourself and keep the pantry closed when you’re fasting. Keep hydrated!!!

I did NOT take any supplements or medicine to lose weight. I don’t like putting stuff I know I don’t need in my body.Β 
I started 2 weeks ago at 143 lbs and now am currently 139 lbs. Gotta keep going!!Β

Guys I can't be alone in this,
Did y'all ever just try to recover for like a few months and then relapsed but your ed is different?
Like before the recovery attempt you could go weeks without binges and exercise everyday no question
And know that you've relapsed you want your ed to be at its "worst" again but now if u make it past 3 days it's a miracle?? πŸ€”
I can't be the only one who feels extremely nostalgic for the worst time if their life?
