BLAKE.
“Wait, wait. Maybe? I get a maybe? I’m not doing this with a maybe on the table.”
“Oh come on, Kennedy, don’t you like being kept on your toes? Isn’t it more fun this way?”

“You just want to try and follow me into the dressing room when I’m trying on my chaps.”
“Mmm, see now that you’ve said that, you can go about this yourself and I’ll just be waiting here—maybe. But have fun, babe.”

SEBASTIAN.
“Do you have any ideas? Should I buy a boat? The real estate bubble is about to explode again like it did back in 2008 so it’s not a good time to buy a house.” He replied with a small smile. “We have, we had a couple run ins around town and then went as well as you’d imagine.”
“Um, yes, yes you should buy a boat. But I demand you let me go on it like all the damn time. This has to be a thing now, you know. Now that you’ve mentioned it.” At the thought, Emily’s tone shifted and even just by the sound of her voice one could tell she was excited. “Well, I’d imagine they went horrible, but I’m hoping that’s not the case here.”

CHLOE.
“Yes, but what about that shirt from four years ago that sparked joy back then but not so much anymore now? Those are the things that you’re supposed to think about and it helps to make room for new things. But if you honestly still find joy in everything that you have? Then you keep it all! And you give me your secret to being so happy,” she laughed. Chloe couldn’t help but to squeal lightly at the thought of a good night out. “Do you know me? I’m never tame.”
“Something tells me we are going to have to agree to disagree on this. Maybe I’m just biased because I can’t imagine letting go of my clothes, but hey if it makes you happy then that’s the good thing right?” She could take a tip or two from Chloe, but was she going to? Of course not, she was far too stubborn for that. “I thought I did! But now you’re going around throwing your clothes out so, for all I know, you could’ve thrown your wild side out with it.”

Clay: I mean it had to be right? Or else they would have to weed out so many people.
Emily: Oh I'm sure they still had to. I mean with a casting call like that? There had to be a lot of people who fit the bill.

BRIANNA.
With a coffee in hand and reading the latest news on her phone, Brianna nearly jumped in her seat when she heard her name being called. She looked around alarmed, expecting some football headed towards her face but nothing came. It wasn’t until she saw Emily that her eyes lit up and she let out a small gasp. “Em!” she exclaimed, excited to see a friend she hadn’t seen in so long. Her mood was dampened a little though when she brought up her co-star, making her look down on her feet and biting the inside of her cheek. “Yeah, I, um, decided to come back. My parents don’t do well with the whole, empty nest,” she explained and laughed. “Where have you been?”
She couldn’t help but make a snide comment at the woman. The two weren’t exactly hostile, but from Emily’s standpoint, she wouldn’t go as far as to consider her a friend—then again, who did Emily consider a friend? They were close many moons ago and maybe a part of her missed that, but it didn’t change anything. Emily just who she was. “Empty nest, hmm? That’s what we are saying the reason is? They have other children, one of them could’ve come if that were the case. Too bad it wasn’t your brother—the football player. Oof, now that would’ve been a pleasant return.” She mused before making herself at home in the open chair across from the other. “Around. Went traveling. Can’t stay in this god awful place for too long.”

“Bull shit,” he shook off, shaking his head at her. “Remember that time? With that stuff? And that thing happened? And you said you’d repay me in coffee?”
“Mm, yeah nope, definitely don’t.” The brunette pressed her lips together tightly and furrowed her brows in response. “You know, I think you’re losing it, Wheeler. Do we need to get you checked by a doctor or something?”

FLYNN.
He loved the way that she was never timid. Always one to answer him back in a way that brought a smile to his face. She had an infectious lightness about her that caused Flynn to love being around her. On the days she worked he found himself purposefully getting home earlier before she left. “Damn, here I thought I was technically the boss of you and here you go telling me what to do,” he joked letting pull his hand along.
As he spoke, Emily couldn’t help but feel her smile growing wider. It probably wasn’t wise to get close to him considering her relationship with his step-father but honestly, she didn’t exactly shy away from bad decisions. Plus, it was harmless fun, right? “Oh people, O’Malley, you’ll soon learn that no one is the boss of me.” She teased, despite the hard truth that yes, she did work for his family. If only he knew how she got the job, though. “Tell me you’re not against girls going after what they want. I mean, isn’t it a good thing to have a girl around who’s a bit more assertive?”

“Good one,” Zach smirked. “You’re a clever one aren’t you?” He poked.
“Says the one who just used that as a comeback.” She sighed shaking her end softly. “So are we just going to keep this up? Because frankly, I don’t have the patience to stand around and go back and forth with someone with all of two brain cells.”

LUKE.
“C’mon, you wouldn’t hurt me.” Though he had a feeling those words of hers were true. “Maybe.” Inside, he was dying to tell her it was all a sham, but he didn’t know how far that news would spread. “But maybe not nearly as much as you think.” His eyes met hers and he sighed. “I missed you, you know.”
“No? Don’t challenge me, Moreau, you know you’d never win.” It was true, too. Of course, he had ways of hurting her too. Truthfully, he had more power of her than she liked to let on and finding out he was engaged, actually hit harder than she thought. “Maybe? Seriously? Cut the crap, Luke. You met someone else, accept it.” She deadpanned, crossing her arms and rolling her eyes at his confession. “Could’ve fooled me. Considering you went off and decided to spend your life with someone else.”

NATALYA.
“I don’t think I have, no.” Natalya stuck to the basics and by the basics she meant the most generic drinks that one could ever think of. Margaritas, sex on the beach, martinis, and basically anything she’d hear about on tv. She was never the biggest drinker nor was she trying to be. “I’ll take it because they’re on the sweet side but not because I want to get drunk faster. I don’t even want to get drunk at all.”
“No? Well, hopefully, you’re in for a treat.” The brunette then rested her elbow against the bar and her chin against her palm. Her eyes wondered over the blonde—Emily only really knew of Natalya because of her past friendship with her twin, but other than that, it didn’t go any deeper. “Not in the mood to get drunk? Alright then, what brings you out here tonight? You meeting up with someone? A hot date perhaps?”
