He owns the Penthouse (but not it’s imaginary additional square feet) and some of the building’s retail space (but not any inflated square footage)

The building is owned by a nonTrump entity.

Nobody owns the 10 floors which were “skipped over” when they numbered floors so that the totally-not-an-infantile-megalomaniac Trump’s Penthouse was on the68th floor instead of the 58th

Ahhh…you still believe that the Diaper Don owns Chump Tower? Have you not realized what a compulsive liar he is. Technically he owns some pieces of the building only like his Penthouse (overinflated square footagee) and commercial space (overinflated square footage)

Also, he only has a lease on 40 Wall Street and a minority position in Chump Las Vegas.

Jacqueline Beer as Suzanne, AKA ‘Frenchy’, the switchboard operator (and occasional agency operative) in 77 Sunset Strip which ran from 1958 to 1964, and I believe is currently in reruns on one of those oddball cable TV channels (Antenna TV?). In the 90’s Beer (real name Jacqueline Vangramberg) married noted adventurer Thor Heyerdahl and was able to use her amateur photography skills to assist in his work.
