Gusto ko lumubog nalang kasi I know I am not doing the best I can. I cannot explain the emptiness I feel and the things going through my head. I am ashamed of myself for being such a failure. For being weak. For being worthless. 😭😭😭 I want to take a break from everything and everyone.

I was able to find my distraction na nga pero eto bumabalik na namn ako. Nakakahiya kasi one week na binigay yung activity sa amin pero until now hindi ko parin naipapasa. Hindi ko kasi masagutan nahihirapan talaga ako. The feeling na of shame na nagmessage ako kay dean to tell her na until now di ko pa napapasa yun. Saying sorry for being super late. Para akong lumulubog sa hiya. This is not so me. Naiiyak ako kasi ayoko na nahihirapan na ako.

May trangkaso na nga at lahat lahat umaatake pa anxiety ko. Ano pa ba?? Ayoko na talaga.

Breakdown na namn po ako oh.

Ang sakit ng ulo ko. Gusto ko na matulog kaso hindi ko pa tapos sagutan yung case study assignment ko. Magaaral pa ako kasi may gmeet bukas for sure may recitation yun. Wala bang pahinga ulit. Nakakabitin yung two days. Yung break na wala sanang iniiwang activities.
