the power of SKAM is honestly a force to be reckoned with. i am personally a teenager, 17 like isak in his own season, and living all the way in southern africa but still i find myself hooked on this tv show in a language that 0.1% of the world speaks. season 3 of SKAM touched me in a way that has me crying just from the first strains of ‘head over heels’ and reeling over the impact of isak’s story, telling an honest story that honestly i don’t think can ever be replicated. it had a rawness and realness that i have never seen in cinematic history and had an honesty that, for me, put CMBYN to shame.

isak and even’s love was so precious and heartfelt but also not glossed over and overly romanticized and I honestly feel so blessed to have glimpsed something so gorgeous.
