I finally had some free time due to ✨carnival✨ and deployed the Miss Fisher visualization site that I had only posted screenshots of so you guys can play around with them. I really enjoy seeing them in motion and I hope that you do too! 😊

Some tips of how to use the site:

On the left, select the category of visualizations that you would like to see (the home page is pretty useless as of now hehe)

The legend of each visualization also serves as a filter, so if you click on the box that shows the color of each item you can deselect it from the visualization so that it's easier to see other information inside the graph.

Saturday, I’ll walk for my Master’s degree in Secondary English Education. I actually finished in December, but decided I wanted to walk at the graduation. I had to have a little bit of Phryne with me, and this is what I came up with. I wonder if others have decorated grad caps with MFMM before?

I found this gorgeous purse from 1927 while antiquing today. It is in astoundingly good condition. There is only a bit of fraying of the velvet at the top and some slight discoloration of the lining. They also had 2 absolutely divine clothes, but they were well out of my price range.

Alright Phrack Friends,

It’s time to get our lovely, favourite lesbian doctor to the top of her next bracket!

Who doesn’t love a lady with, “revolutionary tendencies and suspect associations?” She can identify 1920’s cocaine in hidden form, decode ancient chemistry formulas for “gold”, fights against back-alley abortionists, and subversively gets women access to family planning and safe abortion, she will skirt the law when needed to see justice done, and at one point is even put in jail surrounding the heartbreaking murder of her lesbian lover for what his basically thinly veiled homophobia toward her illegal sapphic ways!

Plus, she routinely hangs out with a group of women known as the “Adventuresses Club of the Antipodes,” which is a “club for like-minded women.”

In 1920’s Australia, not only is she a practicing doctor, but she is also a professor at a medical school and the city of Melborne’s coroner. She smokes, she hasn't said no to a drink since WWI- where she served- she wears men’s wear like a goddamned legend, plays a killer game of pool, and is just about the only person on the planet who can keep Phryne Fisher in line.
