Vulnerability is not a moral failure. It does not make you weak, it does not make you a failure, it does not mean you're admitting defeat.
It means asking for support. It means being honest about yourself. It means acceptance. It means being embraced by who you truly are, not who you think you should be. And those things can happen when you open up, because not everyone will react badly to it. The only way people can care about you is to properly communicate to them that you need their support by being honest about who you are. You are not alone.
You are never alone.

Our worth is not measured by work. Our worth comes from the fact that we are all human, no matter how we look, how we feel, if we’re healthy or sick, none of this diminishes your humanity, your human rights - and every human being deserves equal treatment.
