Hey! I don’t know when this message was sent, but I completely understand that it could be misinterpreted and that it is definitely insensitive to write that, if that was what I meant. I’m completely aware that abusive relationships aren’t as easy to get out of as it seems, I mean, if it was easy then nobody would be in them, right? The comment was about the reader in the reaction, very much a thing tied to the exact scenario I had in mind, not a general thing. I will also say that when I wrote the reaction I was around 15 and knew little to none about relationships and/or what my words could do to you guys who read them. I’m so sorry it affected you negatively, and I promise that the thought was that only in that specific case it was easy to get out of. But I don’t know why I made it like that, since that’s super unrealistic. Anyway, again, I’m sorry, please forgive me!
