Before a consonant, h disapears and lengthens the preceding vowel, and hw and hy become w and y, forming a diphtong with the preceding vowel, which is preserved in accentuated syllabales, but is monophtonguised in unaccentuated syllables:
áhwC, éhwC, íhwC, úhwC > áuC, éuC íuC, ûC

1 The aspirated consonants ph, th and kh are interpreted as the result of the contact between a stop p, t, k or b, d, g and a fricative s, z or h.
*2 The ejectives t’ and k’ are interpreted as the simplification of a stop consonant cluster.
The transition from the early stage to the late stage of the language is marked in the field of phonetics by changes affecting mainly the consonantic system.

essai
The Proto-Common Sircamian language (PCS) is the predecessor of both the West Sircamian (WS) and East Sircamian (ES) language families, as well as the Oric languages. Its evolution can be divided into two stages: early Proto-Common Sircamian and late Proto-Common Sircamian. The Oric branch diverged at the early stage of the mother-language, which kept evolving towards its later stage, where the West and East Sircamian branches originate from.
The consonants of the early PCS language are reconstructed like so:
*1 The aspirated consonants ph, th and kh are interpreted as the result of the contact between a stop p, t, k or b, d, g and a fricative s, z or h.
*2 The ejectives t’ and k’ are interpreted as the simplification of a stop consonant cluster.
The transition from the early stage to the late stage of the language is marked in the field of phonetics by changes affecting mainly the consonantic system.
Aspirates consonants became fricatives:
ph > φ
th > θ > s
kh > x
