This is a healthy blog following my fitness journey. I suffered from anorexia for almost 3 years, and like to consider myself fully recovered, although I continue to struggle with my eating and body image. I'm working on doing things the healthy way, and finding happiness within myself, too.

28107) Pro-ana ruined my life. I wish I’d never come across those blogs in the first place. I don’t think I’d have these disordered thoughts as an adult if I didn’t drown myself in thinspo and proana blogs when I was a teen.

Have Not Been On In Ages
Lots has changed.

1) currently doing IIFYM. Have been bingeing significantly less and am seeing some real results which is great
