                breakfast in bed was a boring concept when evidently being surrounded by nature was something they both loved  &  honestly, the perfect setting for a SPECIAL day like today.

                beaming as she sat upon the grass beside her father, moving to retrieve a small parcel, which would contain a picture of the two together in a frame that she had personally hand painted  &  decorated, the shells surrounding the image being those very same ones that they had collected from their walk on the beach that time. handing the haphazardly ; neat attempt wrapped gift over to him. mimi swiftly followed with a tight hug to his midsection.

also since mimi obviously knows all of kiba’s friends & those he allied with from other villages & was occasionally looked after ( if necessary ) to the point that she too became close to them, she does refer to them as aunts & uncles.  i’ve done this in the past, tbh with some of my mom & dad’s friends i still do this B)
