my absolute favourite FAVOURITE thing about john/alecto is that they are both each other’s fucked up little science project that got Very out of hand.

they are both simultaneously victor and the creature to each other at all times. they love each other they ARE each other, they are divorced and married at the same time. they (literally) can’t live without each other and each will be the other’s end. they still love each other despite this.

the thing that bothers me about dragon riders is that the dragon absolutely does not have to let you climb on its back. your ability to 'ride' the dragon is entirely dependent on the dragon allowing you to do that. it could fly just fine without you sitting there. which means you are not a dragon rider, not really. that beast is not your pet. you're the dragon's pet. you're its trophy wife.

Nighteyes was the sole brain cell holder for Fitz. When he died he took all of fitz's last 2 remaining braincells with him, which is why Fitz became 10x stupider than he already was for the rest of the series. RIP

I thought of drawing her propaganda poster as a closer likeness, but decided it was funnier if it was obviously retouched to look more healthy and saintly.

hello friends, long time no see! i’m going to try my hand at something i’ve never done before - i’m opening up portrait commissions, starting off with 3 slots just to try it out. 100% of the proceeds will go towards Palestine, i’m going to start with care for gaza and then also pcrf and individual people’s campaigns. the portraits are a minimum of 25 €/$ each BUT feel free to donate more if you feel that you are able!
