IN GENERAL :: Not only am I weighed down with irl stress, but I have a disorder that makes it extremely hard for me to sit down and a focus on writing replies for more than a few minutes. I can’t help it. Please just be patient with me. I know it’s frustrating. I’m trying, but it’s difficult because I just sit there and force myself to stare at replies because my mind is fragmented and all over the place. I want to write, but I can’t when I’m distracted by every little thing.

“Not too much kidnapping has been going on recently. I’ve been teaching myself some self-defense so I can deal with Bowser on my own. So far it’s been working well and Bowser hasn’t been trying to kidnap me that often now. He still tries every now and then but I’ve been able to get away or defend myself each time,” She let out a bigger smile. “It was about time I learned some self-defense, huh?”

Maybe next time she got the chance she’d have to take a few ideas from this guy’s book and modify her own bike a bit? More speed could never do any harm, right? Plus, she’d kill to have her’s look as slick as the one she was looking at right now! She was almost jealous!

Daisy turned her head to her own bike that was currently leaning on its stand, giving the stranger a thankful smile for the compliment,

❝ Aw, thanks! To be honest, it could probably do with a few tweaks here and there, but it does it’s job! Plus it’s super fun to do tricks on when you manage to get some big air. ❞

“Thanks. That means a lot, you know? I customized it myself.” Among many things, something Kaneda always enjoyed receiving was a compliment or two about his bike. And when he looked over in the direction she’d approached from, he spotted the ride she spoke of.

“Funny story, I actually snatched it off somebody else a few years ago and modified it after that. And for the record, your bike’s pretty slick, too.”

Daisy’s arm shot up into the air, finger pointed skyward as the stadium filled with the glorious sound of a cheering crowd - a cheering crowd for her! 

Maybe she should have been showing good sportsmanship to her lanky opponent, though his penchant for cheating and being generally grumpy meant that Daisy didn’t feel all that bad about rubbing it in his face. Instead she kept showboating to her adoring fans instead, waving and cheering along with them with that signature cheeky grin on her face.

Besides, it’s what Waluigi would have done if the tables had been turned. 

Not once did Daisy’s smirk falter when Waluigi stomped over to her side of the court, a short laugh escaping her lips when he started ranting and raving at her about cheating,

❝ Me? A cheat? Hah! That’s rich coming from you! You’re just sayin’ that because you’re jealous of how good I am! Not everyone’s born with this much raw talent, after all~ ❞

As a racket was thrown against the court, it was clear that he was all sorts of enraged. Just as he thought this tennis match slowly shifted into his favor, a clumsy misstep made him lose the set. As the crowd cheered for the yellow-clad princess – his archnemesis – Waluigi marched on over to do what he did best.

“I CALL A FOUL! A CHEAT! You got some jet fuel in those sports shoes or somethin’!?”

wonderful. hey by the way, speaking of you running the cruise ship, they should call you captain daisy. since it is all yours and all. i only looked through part of the cruise ship, and i was wondering if there were any rooms missed. all i got was the kitchen, pool (i looked at it and it may need to be expanded a little bit), hallway, staircase, and of the full deck
