Destroy all humans (also known as one giant step on mankind) is back with the fifth remake, this time not under the THQ umbrella, since it was bought by Nordic to become THQ-Nordic. The black forest developers have been working for a while on the latest version of the 2005 classic, due to the need to modernize the game environment.

Destroy all humans 2020 isn’t a mere patch-work of the former classics, but as the Destroy all human’s development director, Onurhan Karaagacli said in an interview with Shacknews, he said the game is not a remastered version — the work goes beyond a few new texture packs and a higher resolution. Instead, it’s a full-on remake, meaning players can expect a more modern experience that touches on just about everything in the game. In particular, everything from “the flow, the user controls, the run-and-gun experience, everything visually, and [all of the other] gameplay features have been built from scratch.”

For some of us that haven’t played Destroy all humans before, the game a parody of alien invasion film. The dark-humored game follows the plot of an alien cryptosporidium-137 (Crypto for short) who has come to earth in search of his predecessor Crypto-136 who has been sent on a mission to harvest Furon from humans.

Now, Crypto must complete the mission by harvesting Furon from human brain stems or the alien empire risk cloning themselves to extinction. Furon was an Alien element that was deposited in the human DNA after the first Alien invasion. Now, Crypto retrieves these Furon DNAs by using an Anal probe, psychokinetic abilities top read human minds, and Zap-o-Matic. The two protagonists of the game are voiced by J. Grant Albrecht and Richard Steven Horvitz.

What to Expect in  this Remake of Destroy All Humans

Destroy all humans in 2020 is more improved in the sense that the world is now modernized, and you have more maneuverability. The abilities on the screen are more defined, compared to the previous versions. You see your stats, knowing what level you’re in, and what abilities need to be filled up. In this new version, it easier to vaporize tanks, with one whoosh of your Zap-o-Matic, they will vanish.

You can stay longer in the air with your jetpack, and lock more humans and animals in with your psychokinetic ability. Previously, it’d take a while for you to recoup before the effect of using the psychokinetic ability can wear off, but now you can move around with so much flexibility.  You can also dash and float with incredible ease and coordination. A plus to the destroy all humans is the addition of cutscenes that were left out during the making of the older versions.

The horror-themed actioned packed tactical RPG is finally out! Opponents

The Tangler is a ferocious enemy that attacks the daughters. Armed with numerous suckers, the Tangler looks like a parasite that would suck the life out of the daughters.

The reaper has strong arms and muscles, and sharp claws to rip through the daughters. The red feelers floating around the reaper’s body adds to its deadly and ferocious look.

Othercide’s world is dark and single-colored (supporting the horror theme). Different shades of black and grey and flashes of bright red give the game world variety. This color combination is not new to the game world, but the exceptionally tall Opponents are what is worth looking out for.  An interesting feature in Othercide is the permadeath.  Daughters don’t have the ability to heal, so you have to make tough decisions of sacrificing daughters to save the others, all this in the brutal world of limited resources to brace through. a feature called permadeath (permanent death).

Carrying heavy packages strapped to the back, arms, and legs, then trying to cross violent rivers, and climb un-even mountains isn’t as easy as it sounds. Also, a rain called Time fall, which ages any creature it lands on. For humans, that means, wrinkles, grey hairs, and frail stature. All these obstacles culminate to initial frustrations, but after persevering, will turn to excitement as you get lost in the beautiful world of the game.

Death Stranding PC makes more sense now that the world is in turmoil (Coronavirus), and the delivery men and women are the helms of getting packages across to us. Starting the quest

The quest begins at Elena’s house. Go and talk to her, then select option 1. After conversations, exit her house and cross the log balance if you have gotten the 33 agility. Visit Jerico and have a conversation with him. In the northern side of his house, you will find a cupboard open and search it. You’ll find some bird feed. Go behind and you will find some pigeon cages. Take one and run south.

 Go back west of the castle to West Ardougne.

Talk to Omart Go north and use your bird feed on the watchtower fences where some mourners are perched. Go back to Omart, talk to him, and select option 1. After the conversation, go to the most northern building in west Ardougne.

 Go to Martha Rehnison’s house. Pick up the rotten, and go west towards the fence. Click on the fence and then you will be able to squeeze through.

You will find a cauldron next to you, use your rotten apple on it, and then squeeze through the fence again.  Next, run south.

Go to Nurse Sarah’s house which is the most southwestern building. Open the door and you will find a cupboard. Open it, and search to find the doctor’s gown. Take it and go back to the mourner’s house. Make sure you equip your doctor’s gown on the way.

Once you get to the mourner’s house, open it, and then go west and you will find a staircase. You’ll find a mourner, kill it then you’ll get a key. Use the key on the gate next to you. You’ll come by some crates, search them.

Next Teleport back to Elena’s house using probably your skills necklace. Once you return back to Elena, talk to her, and she’ll give you some four items- three viles and a sample in a tin container. The catch is that you cannot teleport with these items. Teleporting with these items will destroy them, forcing you to return to Elena for another sample.

Next you will go to Rimmington. To do this, you’ll need to head to the northern bank of Ardougne.

Go behind the southern bank. You’ll see a transportation sign, and a sailor with a boat that will take you to Rimmington. Get off the boat and go south, and continue your journey till you get to Rimmington.

When you get to Rimmington, enter the general’s quarters. Go to the chemist, clicking option 2 three times. Do not pick anything or tell him you have the samples with you, else you will have to go back to Elena and get your samples back.

 Get the torch paper, go outside and you’ll find three men around the campfire. Talk to Hops and select 3,  to Da Vinci and select 1, and then talk to chancy and select option 2.

Once the viles are gone, obtain your plague samples from the bank. Go to the southeast corner of Varrock, and obtain a priest gown from the shop. Head back and talk to Hops, chancy, and Davinci to get your viles back. Now you head to the southeastern house while equipping your priest gown. Talk to Guidor on his rocking chair. Tell him you’re from Elena, and then give him the samples. Teleport back to Elena and deliver the message Guidor has given you.  You can get rid of your priest gown.

Go to the Ardougne castle after talking to Elena.  Enter it and climb the stairs to the second floor. You will get the quest sign, go towards it, and talk to king Lathas to make your request.

  Your quest is complete.

How to install risk of rain 2 mods

Risk of Rain 2 is a 3D sequel to Risk of rain 1 which was 2D. The concept behind the game remains the same- your character spawns randomly on a selected map. You kill enemies to gain experience and cash to level up and buy loot which can increase your speed and abilities. 

Here are some cheats that give you the ability to:

1.clear items in inventory

2. give all items

3. gain more XP

4. get more lunar coins to buy characters and weapons

5.always sprint

6. See mobs through a wall (careful with this, may crash your system)

7.give yourself equipment

8. Teleporter Management-Spawn teleporters (newt, celestine, gold), skip a stage, add Mountain Shrine.

smi.exe inject -p "Risk of Rain 2" -a "[Path to UmbraRoR.dll]" -n UmbraRoR -c Loader -m Load

again replacing [Path to UmbraRoR.dll] with the proper path (keep the quotes)

Batch file

Once you have sharpmonoinjector downloaded from here, extract the zip.

Right-click on your Desktop -> New -> Text Document

Open the text document and paste the following

IMVU hair textures and Other Textures added free

Making hair and clothing textures in IMVU is fun and exciting, having engaged in it myself as a hobby, I don’t get bored sitting down glued to my computer screen for hours at a stretch, trying out different colors of hair on avatars. 

If you’re a beginner and would like to learn how I do it read the steps below, but if you are good at creating textures and would love to know how to get the best designs, read the last section of the post to see the offer that awaits you.

IMVU Hair Textures The Manual Route

Open your Photoshop and go to ‘’file’’ at the top left of the screen. Click on new for image.

Adjust the width to 256 and height of 256, then fill the background with the color of your choosing.

 Go to filter, and slide down to noise. Choose HSV noise. You’d want your boldness to be 1, hue-20, saturation=0, and value=220. At this stage, you get a grasp of how your texture would turn out.

 3. Go to back to filter, then choose motion blur and angle=90 degrees or something close being vertical and length =256. The stripes are going to be the texture that would appear on the hair.

 4. Shine- take the rectangle picker, make a shining layer, and fill it in with what color you want, but I go with white.

 5.  Select none and go with a Gaussian blur. Blur at 22 or at any distance of your choice.

  6. Change the layer mode to overlay then create a new layer. Select the rectangle picker again to the top part of the hair and fill it with black. Go to filter once more, and blur at 35.

  7. Turn the opacity down to 50, The completed hair texture is saved as a png file then exported to creator program. You choose your avatar then click apply the change, then you are done.

I can do this because I loved it, but if you are making IMVU textures so that you can eventually put up a design for sale, you may not realize how much time you have spent when you could have focused your energy on mapping, marketing and making icons. I discovered a lot of people spend time doing this, which is counterproductive when you could get access to thousands of ready-made textures- each under two cents.

He could be a pillager, vindicator, or Evoker, and Killing the captain causes an effect called the bad omen effect.

This effect has no immediate effect like other spells, except it stays up annoyingly on your screen.  The game can continue as long as you want until you walk into a village and set off a raid. The pillagers come in waves, that is, depending on how many patrol soldiers you killed. If you killed one before you entered a village, you set off just one raid, two – two waves, and it increases up to level six in the Java Edition, but in the bedrock edition- there are no levels to it. You either walk away from the raid and the pillagers burn the beds of villagers, or you stand and fight, which if you lose you will restart the game with the bad omen effect still on you.

Drink cow milk

 With an iron bucket and a cow in sight- not minding the genders, you can get some milk, drink it and you’ll get rid of the bad omen effect.  Cows are found wandering everywhere except in some biomes like deserts or swamps. The downside to drinking milk is that all the benefits at level gets lost, aside from this, it’s easy and safe.

Dying

 Death removes the bad omen effect. It is only advisable to do this when your experience level is at or less than 7. Keep your items safe in an ender box so that you can easily retrieve them when the game restarts. Entering a village

Entering a village

 Entering a village would erase the bad omen effect, but at the same time provoke a raid to attack. Each attack becomes stronger and faster than the last as ravagers join the fight. If you win the assault, the bad omen effect would wear out, and as an added icing on the cake, you will be rewarded with the hero of the village status. The villagers would present you with gifts and discounts on items such as red stone from clerics, bread from farmers, raw salmon from fishermen. You will get emeralds, enchanted books, experience points, and totems of undying. Note of caution, if you are not skilled enough in the game, you will get the villages destroyed and the bad omen effect will remain on you when the game restarts.

 Avoiding villages.

You could hunker down at a place for five days game time (100 minutes real-time). This is frustrating, but the bad omen effect would wear out, then you can continue the game.

Also note that you can kill the captain of patrols without getting the bad omen effect by using enchanted weapons such as crossbows, swords, and bows.

How to Play Skribbl.io

Type in https://Skribble.io in your browser.

Pick a user name- one not so personal to you as names are accessible to other players you don’t know. If you don’t pick a name, Skribbl.io would automatically generate a name for you.

Select language preference- For easy communication and to avoid confusion between players, a common language has to be chosen.

Choose your avatar- This avatar represents you during the game and can be edited to change color and also how it looks with the arrows at the sides.

Join the game- You click on play if you don’t have a friend with you. A game would have been on, you’d have to wait your turn before you draw and other players try to guess. Skribbl could seem confusing at first, but hang in there, you’ll figure it out.

If you want friends to join- Click on the private room- the blue tab just below ‘’Play’’. A form titled lobby would appear. The form contains the number of rounds and will be default at ‘’3’’, but can be adjusted to preference. The form also contains draw time for each session of ‘’80’’. You can decrease it to a minimum of 30s and a maximum of 180s. To bring your friends in, go to the bottom of the screen where you’ll see boldened words that say ‘’Invite your friends.’’ Hover your mouse on it and the invite link would appear. Copy this link and send to friends through email or any social media, or just show them the screen if they are close by, and they should type it into their browser.

Click on ‘’Start game’’

Game on-There are basic guides you need to know while playing skribbl.

First- draw a clear but complex image that other players won’t find it easy to guess. This keeps the excitement in the game, gains you points, and also prevents you from being vote kicked [kicking you out of the game] by other players.

If you don’t want to draw, search an image on google, drag and paste it on the drawing field when it is your turn. Simple images draw best.

Words selected by the drawer shouldn’t be seen but there is a trick you do to get above others.

Unzip the file and install node-js on your computer if you don’t have.
