Most of these are related to the Royal Ballet version which I watched a video of the other day. So good and such a wild combination. The elegant medium and the grotesque subject matter.

Thought I should dump my frankenstein stuff here as well cuz it's been a hot minute since I drew them- I know some peeps in the fandom here as well so why not? 😩

ANYWAYS- I'm just copy and pasting my description from IG to explain my process better lmao:

I really wanted a softer, more delicate vibe for the Creature. In general, I just feel like he would try his best to look more approachable to humans, hence why I tried my best to keep his dressing light and flowy, even though I kept the colors kinda dark 😩

I might actually give him some different color combinations in the future, though.

I was also inspired by some of the first depictions of Creature in media, which are very cool to look at. I don't know if I'm 100% happy with my approach (especially the third one with black socks. He looks too goofy), but I guess that's part of the process. 😭

As for Victor, I don't care for him (affectionately) I just redrew whatever I made for him a few years ago. LOL
