I keep seeing the tiktok videos about the remnants & engravings henry forgot to get rid of anne boleyn in the palace walls

& I keep thinking of coryo attempting to do the same to vanessa’s memory in the presidential palace yet no matter how hard he tries he still finds himself coming across bits of her, whether she did the same engravings of her initials in the walls too or little design choices she made or trinkets of hers still hidden, in places he forgot to check.

also if she did engravings in the walls of her initials intertwined with coryo’s like anne did with henry, I think of Katniss coming across them like at the presidental mansion scene in catching fire or her victory tour would be an interesting thing for her to question him about or taunt him for when they uncover vanessa’s journals later during the rebellion 🫣

OMGGG ANON THIS she did even more, everytime Coriolanus looks out the window, attends a party, goes shopping, sees his wives clothings etc he remembers SHE DID THAT everything in the capitol aesthetic from the clothing to the waste to the colors and fashion trends it was all born from Blizzard and from her genius, he keeps seeing it grow and infest everything and no matter how hard he tries to keep himself away from that he still lives in the world she built.

I definitely see coryo’s mistresses developing a kind of a hatred turned borderline psycho-sexual obsession with vanessa because she does not give them the time of day nor does she ever get jealous of their position as his mistresses. as a result, acting out in order to get her to notice them.

coryo’s rage and jealousy not only manifesting more because of sejanus’ but then the fact that he has vanessa oh my god !!!!

I can also see coryo being SO cocky once he uncovers that sej is siding with rebels probably relived at the fact that he could get something out of it from Gaul and then have vanessa to himself without sneaking around behind sejanus’ back

also vanessa being completely enraged that sej would throw away his life like that over some rebels, she’d basically encourage coryo to turn him over 👀

My girl would turn him in herself LOL but yes, Coryo would be LIVIG like he has money, power, and the pretty girl of town after him and he just complains she doesn't get him, he wants to be free and help people. Vanessa would be growing white hairs from telling him they need to return because there's where they can make a change.

Honestly, in her hands, she could make Sejanus a politician, not a president, because that takes ambition and ruthlessness. Sejanus doesn't have those the way Coryo does, but a politician of some kind.

Then she would get him killed to get his money, plain and simple, like the one reason she didn't plan to do that with Coryo from the beginning is because she saw his ambition matching hers.

ACTUALLY TRIVIA: She did plan on getting with a Plinth and then getting him killed but it was not Sejanus ;) there's a reason she had so much Intel on Strabo Plinth's affairs.
