“I started practicing discipline when I realized I will never be truly free if I don’t learn to control myself (my reactions, emotions, cravings, desires, etc.) We either liberate ourselves or remain forever enslaved. Discipline is like a muscle, it gets stronger as you use it.”
— Buddhist Boot Camp

If you are in a moral dilemma, and you don’t know whats the right thing to do, think about the person you most respect and try to think what that person would do in the same situation.

I accept. My next set intention.
Hot yoga was so sweaty and intense and wonderful! I’m definitely out of practice but I’ll get back with it. Have to remember a towel next time though!
The teacher was one I’ve taken classes with way back when and she brought so much positive energy to the space while effectively kicking me in the pants.
I’m going to use this yoga practice to find strength and acceptance. Acceptance of others without judgment. Acceptance of my circumstances. Acceptance of my body and my physical journey.
Mantra: I accept.
